Normally we have our (regular) taxi, but this time it was not available. So we used Taxi Rotterdam Airport. Amazingly good. From A to Z 1 day before departure, they will send you a reminder via WhatsApp that they will pick you up. They also keep an eye on the gate when you land and you will receive a WhatsApp message that they are waiting for you outside.

So this was quite the expected service as it was a last minute appointment for my mother to be picked up from Rotterdam Airport on a delayed flight and she was unaware that her ride was being arranged. How wonderful this went. Such a nice experience to start our holiday like this. The driver called us to say he would be there in 5 minutes. And it was. The driver looked neat and tidy and was very friendly. A beautiful bus and, as requested, with a child seat in it.
